Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. PropertyGirlDownUnder is my little corner of the internet where I share my honest, unfiltered journey into property investing — the wins, the lessons, and everything in between.

I’m a mum, a migrant, and someone who has spent years working in finance- learning how money actually works behind the scenes. But I’m not a property expert or a guru, just someone a few steps ahead, sharing what I’ve learned. I’m simply a woman who, like many others, started out feeling overwhelmed, intimidated, and unsure where to begin… yet determined to figure it out anyway.

This space is for women just like us: curious, ambitious, and maybe a little nervous about taking that first step into investment property. I know what it’s like to look at this world from the outside and wonder, “Is this really something I can do?”

You won’t find jargon or hype here. No magic formulas. No “buy 12 houses in 2 years” nonsense. Just real stories, lessons learned (sometimes the hard way!), practical insights, and encouragement — all shared openly so you can feel informed, confident and inspired.
